Our client is seeking an Administrator to provide efficient, professional support across multiple teams within a busy consultancy environment. This role involves a broad range of secretarial and administrative duties and is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and wider business functions.

Administrator Key Responsibilities:
* Managing incoming calls, messages and enquiries across all offices
* Providing administrative support including document formatting, typing and collation
* Assisting with general project administration
* Monitoring shared inboxes and distributing communications
* Maintaining digital and physical filing systems
* Supporting the archiving of company records
* Coordinating various internal processes and documentation
Administrator Experience and Skills Requirements
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro
* Excellent organisation and time management
* Commitment to continual improvement
* NVQ in Business Administration or similar
* Background in a professional services or consultancy setting
* Familiarity with CMap (or similar) software
* Follows procedures and uses initiative to improve ways of working
* Communicates effectively and professionally
* Builds strong working relationships across teams and with external contacts
