With over 800 events held in more than 30 countries each year, our client is at the forefront of the events industry, bringing people together to connect, learn, and do business. Their portfolio includes a wide range of events, from trade shows and conferences to consumer shows and concerts, covering a diverse range of industries and interests. The role of Content Producer: This role is reporting to the Event Director and is the sole person responsible for creating content, so it is vital that the company get the righty person in place. This role will be responsible for setting and implementing the overall content strategy. The successful candidate will need to align all content with the event propositions to ensure that a good level of consistency is maintained across all communication channels. The successful candidate will have excellent English written communication with either a degree in Journalism/English/Business or related subject. If you have solid B2B content marketing experience, where you have written content for a B2B events business and have a solid understanding of how to make content stand out, then this will be a great opportunity for you Responsibilities for the position of the Content Producer: Writing and delivering event briefs for the marketing and sales teams. Write marketing copy where required for email, social, print, and video channels Identify and develop engaging content propositions that enhance visitor engagement addressing workshop and seminar programme, format and size, conference agenda, educational features, key partnerships Writing short-form and long-form content pieces In collaboration with the Event Director set and implement the overall content strategy Reach out and leverage a network of experts to write third party content pieces. Conduct full analysis post show of the content programme, taking note and creating an action plan of any gaps in the programme or areas for improvement. Actively involved in creating speaker insights questions on the post show survey To be considered for this role you must have : A degree in Journalism, English, Marketing, or related field 3 years' experience in a B2B commercial content role Worked in the Events Industry Written long format and short format content. The Package for Content Producer: Salary: £35,000-40,000 (Pro Rata) 12 month FTC 4 Day working week Location : The position of Content Producer will be based in Guildford. You will be required to go to the office 3 days per week. It is advisable that you have a car and clean driving license.
