The role of the Contract Support Lead is integral to the implementation of the new Workplace Services Transformation Programme which has delivered a new and complex set of regional FM supplier contracts that are now in the delivery phase. The Performance Partner is a GPA strategic partner and is pivotal for GPA Workplace Services supporting the management of the new regional FM supply chain contracts. This is a key role within the Workplace Services Portfolio Management Team. Reporting to the Contract Manager the post-holder will be responsible for working autonomously to manage the day-to-day support, monitoring, and completion of actions relating to the delivery of the Performance Partner contract. This involves working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to assist and respond to enquiries relating to the Performance Partner services. Key responsibilities: Provide contract management support and deputise for the Performance Partner Contract Manager. Develop a thorough understanding of the Performance Provider contract and associated workstream activities. First point of contact to respond and resolve first-level contract queries. Lead contract management monitoring activities relating to contract governance, contract management compliance, KPI monitoring, finance, and system support Co-ordinate and facilitate governance meetings and activities Lead workstream reviews to identifying areas of improvement and work with the Performance Partner to implement corrective actions or process improvements where required Work closely with the Performance Partner and GPA workstream leads providing contract management advice, reviewing performance, and demonstrating excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
