Job Responsibilities
1. Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role

3. Assist in the end of day procedures
4. Be the person on duty for the hotel when required
5. Ensure all guest complaints and requests are followed up and dealt with professionally and efficiently
6. Upskill and develop all associates
We look for enthusiasm, ability to adapt, well-presented individuals, excellent customer service skills, and flexibility to work all shift patterns. It is essential that you have reception experience within a hotel of similar size. Supervisory skills are desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
