The Role: As a Water Treatment Service Manager, you'll be at the forefront of enhancing and expanding my client's water treatment operations. Your role will involve:
* Driving sales, spearheading business development, and managing key accounts with finesse.
* Collaborating closely with the Water Treatment team on cutting-edge hygiene and treatment projects.
* Providing expert technical guidance to empower and support the team.
* Leading training initiatives to elevate staff skills and performance.
* Conducting service work on client sites to uphold exceptional standards.
* Supporting compliance and ensuring all relevant accreditations are maintained.
* Enjoying a flexible hybrid work setup, splitting your time between the office, home, and various site visits from Monday to Friday.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in Water Treatment and Water Hygiene.
* A background in sales, business development, account management or advisory roles within the industry.
* Strong technical expertise paired with outstanding problem-solving skills.
* The ability to work from their Northern office (Liverpool)
* Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
