About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Data Simulation Engineer to design, develop, and implement advanced cubic AS/RS and AMR solutions for warehouse automation. This role sits at the intersection of data analysis, simulation modelling, and tool development to optimise system performance. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis for System Design Analyse large customer datasets to inform AS/RS and AMR solution designs. Develop SQL/Python scripts to process and structure raw data. Generate reports and insights from ERP, CRM, and WMS data. Simulation Development & Performance Validation Design and run simulations to test system performance pre-deployment. Integrate APIs for real-time data-driven simulations. Validate reliability and optimise system parameters through modelling. Tool & Application Development Build software tools to streamline warehouse automation design. Develop applications integrating with existing simulation platforms. Automate workflows and improve modelling efficiency. What We’re Looking For: Technical Skills Proficiency in SQL and Python for data processing and automation. Experience integrating APIs to connect data sources. Familiarity with data visualisation and modelling tools. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills Ability to analyse complex datasets and identify trends. Strong critical thinking with a focus on innovative solutions. Collaboration & Communication Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
