Talent Acquisition Specialist Up to 12 month fixed term contract Hybrid role - Working from home with occasional visits to various offices Competitive salary and benefits Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week BCA are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our well-established TA team. You will support multiple BCA business areas and leaders, providing outstanding resourcing specialist support that ensures highly capable and engaged people are recruited into the right roles. You’ll be a guardian of the employer brand and drive a focus on improving people advocacy across the business. Key Responsibilities: As a true Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will provide an outstanding and innovative resourcing service and support to Leaders across the business that ensures high calibre, engaged people are effectively recruited into the right roles Help deliver a highly effective direct resourcing strategy, directly source candidates (active and passive) for current vacancies and develop a pipeline of external talent to fulfil future resourcing requirements Be a key guardian of the employer brand to all internal and external stakeholders and help drive a focus on improving people advocacy of the BCA and cinch businesses and a superb candidate experience throughout Support the development, innovation and continuous improvement across key aspects of the resourcing cycle- particularly sourcing, attracting, selecting and on-boarding and overall candidate experience Coach and support leaders across the business and upskill them in all aspects of resourcing including standardisation and consistency Demonstrate great teamwork and collaboration with various leaders, teams and the wider HR Team Support the Talent Acquisition Leader as required and contribute to various business projects as and when required Use resourcing infrastructure (policy, process, governance) and business education and training, help enable the business to be legally compliant across the resourcing cycle at all times, escalating any risks and issues as required Support the effective provision of resourcing administration across the resourcing cycle Support the effective provision of resourcing data and insight to key stakeholders to enable improve decision making and overall resourcing and business performance Key Skills: Strong overall recruitment experience. Experience in agency, recruiting a variety of high volume, blue collar roles. Strong excel skills and data focussed.
