Their proprietary Disease Benchmarks® database provides real-world cost and utilisation insights for strategic decision-making.
Due to business expansion, we are now looking to recruit a Senior Consultant with exceptional writing ability tailored to a market access framework.
What you'll be doing:
* Working closely with the Directors of the business to deliver strategic vision and advise on becoming a top-tier market access and payer value communications consultancy;
* Leading project teams of Consultants, researchers and interns in development and delivery of value communications projects and deliverables for clients;
* Playing an active role in business development activities with mostly established clients including receiving Requests For Proposals (RFPs), drafting proposals, project costing, managing budgets and client compliance;
* Being the primary point of contact for clients during projects, managing deliverables to workplans, advising clients on how to manage internal stakeholder reviews and inputs;
* Development of compelling messaging, message justification and visualisation, whilst ensuring alignment across pieces within the campaign
* Managing a range of value communications projects in different therapy areas simultaneously; and
* Providing support to senior management day-to-day with regard to the management of junior staff; development and implementation of company procedures / practices.
What we'd like to see from you:
* Degree-level education ideally to Master’s level
* Demonstrable experience in the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry;
* Knowledge of UK pharmaceutical market including pricing and reimbursement systems
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Additional compliance systems and copy approval systems (ie., ZINC / Veeva).
* Focused as well as having the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines;
* A 'hands-on' and proactive approach with regards to the delivery of the business
* The ability to articulate complex ideas in a concise, understandable manner;
* Keen attention to detail in scientific materials, whilst maintain a focus on creativity
* A professional attitude and must be able to accept and exemplify the Company’s culture of inspiration, respect, creativity and honesty;
* Good presentation skills. Travel is inevitable and successful candidates will have to show a willingness and ability to travel to client locations where required
