Job Description Projects Administrator (Property Refurb) – Leeds - £24,000 - £26,000 One of the best working environments we have seen (offices and team culture) An organic and constant supply of projects The opportunity to join a growing team and make your mark As a project administrator you will work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate new and ongoing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Communication : Keeping in touch with team members and external contractors to ensure the project is on track. Updating clients in line with our SLA. Documentation : Creating and distributing documents and invoices to clients, contractors and working with the Finance team on payables. Budgeting : Tracking expenses and requesting payments from clients. Compliance : Making sure the project follows organisational standards and policies. What you will have Project administrators need to have strong organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks. You should also be familiar with project management tools and have good interpersonal skills, such as negotiation, mediation, and active listening.
