To help us on our mission, we are looking for a Bookings Assistant to join our fast-growing central bookings team based in Knutsford.
We are looking for someone who can:
* Assist with all restaurant booking enquiries both over the phone and through our booking system,
* Be the first point of contact for our customers providing them with great customer service throughout,
* Ideally have previous experience with events and reservations as well as booking systems,
* And confidently manage their time well and have strong organisational skills.
This is a temporary role with the possible opportunity for a permanent role after 3 months and given the nature of the role, we are looking for someone who also has a flexible schedule and who is available to work weekends.
