We are looking for a new Assistant Service Manager for our brilliant new service in Horsham which has been purpose built to support people to leave long- stay hospitals and start to rebuild their new lives in the community. You will need to have a passion for empowering people to lead an aspiring life, by using positive behaviour support and work within an integrated and multidisciplinary approach to people's wellbeing. You will need to be kind, patient, resilient, compassionate and believe strongly in great leadership. The role can be tough, but the rewards outweigh, many of the individuals who have been identified for the new service have been discriminated against, faced trauma, fallen between services, or ended up in hospital placements as community services could not be sourced.
