Your responsibilities as a Parts Advisor will include:
1. Monitor stock levels – ensuring that key parts are available for engineers
2. Returning parts to suppliers
3. Support the department in upselling parts to create revenue for the business
4. Raise and escalate part shortages
5. Ability to find parts through a system
Experience essential for this role as a Parts Advisor:
1. Experience working as a Parts Advisor
2. Budget experience preferable but not required
3. Experience searching parts on a database
4. Stock control
5. Friendly manner on the phone
6. Great communication skills and problem-solving skills
