HR Administrator - Bournemouth - Temp - up to 12 months - £12.38 per hour We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with excellent administration and communication skills to join a close-knit HR team.
This important administrative role will play a crucial part in supporting the HR Advisor and will involve working across two locally based sites in Bournemouth and Poole. The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday (32.5hrs 09:00 - 16:00)What you'll be doing:
You will be responsible for supporting the office admin team to maintain the efficient administration. The role will involve covering the reception as required during the day, supporting in planning events, liaising with other operational and administrative personnel, following all procedures, and participating in staff group meetings. Additionally, the HR Administrator will assist the with annual reviews, preparation and arranging of exams, and maintaining good working relationships with colleagues and professionals.Please note: This is an urgent requirement therefore we are looking for candidates that are immediately available. What we're looking for:
1. Strong organisational and administrative skills (MS Office)
2. Previous experience as administrator or similar role
3. An ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Good level of English, Maths and ICT
