Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to potential customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong time management abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Position is available in our Canterbury store but to also cover Folkestone and Sittingbourne occasionally.
Responsibilities:
1. Sell products and services to potential customers
2. Build and maintain relationships with customers
3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
4. Provide accurate information about products and services
5. Meet or exceed sales targets
6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
Requirements:
1. Basic math skills for processing transactions
2. Basic English skills for processing transactions
3. Basic PC skills for processing transactions
4. Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
5. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
6. Phone etiquette for conducting customer interactions and colleague communication
7. Sales experience is highly valued
8. Organizational skills to manage customer information and sales records
