Customer Service Administrator
Location: Clacton on sea
Contract Type: Temporary- Permanent
Hourly Rate: £12.21 - £13ph + Holiday, Pension & Adecco Benefits
Working Pattern: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday - 40 hrs per week

Our client in the Agricultural industry is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Administrator for a temporary - permanent position. If you're ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you!
Due to location of the company - own transport is desired for this role as public transport is not accessible.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update sales orders using our operating systems.
Log and manage customer complaints through the internal database.
Produce insightful production reports based on sales data.
Provide exceptional customer service with a 'customer-centric' approach.
Monitor product availability and proactively solve supply issues.
Handle new enquiries and sales requests efficiently, adhering to company standards.
Represent the organisation professionally at all times.
Collaborate with internal departments for optimal packing methods.
Monitor transport routes and departmental KPIs.
Support dispatch and logistics operations as part of the distribution team.
