Job Description
* Manage the company's payroll system and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all payroll transactions.
* Resolve payroll discrepancies and irregularities.
* Prepare and submit paperwork for new employees.
* Provide support to employees regarding payroll and benefit queries.
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
* Compile reports on payroll matters.
* Administer benefit plans.
* Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
The Successful Applicant
* A solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices.
* Experience using ADP software is desirable.
* An excellent ability to handle numerical data.
* Strong communication skills to resolve payroll and benefit queries.
* A high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
