Having exceeded $1m in revenue and with over 500 companies now represented by OPUS, we’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to contribute to our commercial growth. We have already established partnerships with a number of globally renowned firms such as WeWork, Slack and Virgin Atlantic as well as more specialised or local organisations, and are now looking for someone to take the reins of this high potential area of the business. About the Role The Partnerships Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth and delivering value to founders and high-growth businesses within our community by leading strategic partnerships. This role focuses on identifying, securing, and nurturing relationships with organisations and brands that align with our mission to empower entrepreneurs. By establishing impactful partnerships, the Partnerships Manager will unlock opportunities that directly benefit our members, enhance program and event offerings, and drive revenue growth. This role offers someone the ability to shape and lead a critical function with significant autonomy, while having exposure to an incredible network of people. Key Responsibilities Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value partnerships that create tangible value for our members and drive revenue growth including with service providers. Develop sponsorship opportunities for key programs, events, and initiatives. Craft tailored sponsorship packages that articulate clear ROI for partners and align with organisational goals. Identify and pursue new revenue-generating partnership models, including affiliate partnerships and platform integrations. Build a robust partnership pipeline, mapping out strategic categories, target organisations, and key decision-makers. Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with current and prospective partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for partner engagements including reporting, ensuring alignment, timely delivery, and mutual value realisation. Work closely with marketing, membership and events teams to integrate partners into key initiatives seamlessly. Leverage partner relationships to drive member participation. Set KPIs and track the performance of partnerships and sponsorships against revenue and engagement goals. Provide regular reporting on outcomes, highlighting successes, insights, and recommendations for improvement. Continuously optimise the partnership approach to increase efficiency and impact. Things we are broadly looking for include: Experience within partnerships, business development, or sponsorship sales roles. Bonus points if that is within start up ecosystems, accelerators, or high growth or VC backed businesses. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders across sectors. Proven ability to think outside the box, identify new opportunities and work creatively or hustle to deliver win-win results. Passion to work with and help great people achieve even better things.
