Would you like to work in a nice modern refurbished office? We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in an Accountancy Practice, who is ready to contribute to the restructuring of our organisation and adopt a fresh outlook to meet exceptional standards. As an Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating our in-house and remote teams, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction. Day-to-day of the role: Oversee and coordinate the work of staff across various departments such as Digital Marketing, IT, HR, and Account Executives. Allocate tasks to team members and set deadlines based on client requirements. Monitor overdue schedules, provide explanations for delays, and follow up with team members for progress updates. Provide regular reports to management on operational weaknesses and propose solutions. Handle telephone calls when necessary, respond to client queries, or direct them to the appropriate department. Prioritise tasks based on urgency and manage client portfolios, assisting with onboarding and ensuring compliance and due diligence. Support the management team with diary management, organising client meetings, preparing presentations, taking minutes, and attending meetings, including HMRC Meetings and business collaborations. Undertake additional tasks as directed by management and engage in new schemes with a fresh perspective. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in management and administration within a dynamic business environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with teams across different locations. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Experience in client management and maintaining client portfolios. Proficiency in diary management and meeting coordination.
