The appointed Residential Development Solicitor will have some experience within residential and/or property development area, having completed an excellent training contract and with an out and out desire to work within the area of Residential Development. What is needed in this role is practical legal advice and solutions that suit the clients’ requirements and are communicated in a clear and precise way.
