SEN Teaching Assistant - Role Overview:
Provide tailored support to KS1 students with special educational needs.
Assist with the implementation of IEPs (Individual Education Plans) to promote progress.
Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
Help develop pupils' confidence, independence, and social skills.What We Are Looking For:
Experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly supporting children with SEN.
A solid understanding of special educational needs in a primary school setting.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils.
A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach to learning support.
