We're seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to drive growth and expand our market and product presence with existing and new clients across the UK whilst supporting and managing a small team of technical sales and marketing professionals.
* £70,000 - £75,000 pa, Dependent on Experience + Commission

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales and product strategies to increase market share in the Sprinkler and Mist sector.
2. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (end user clients) and developing relations with consultants .
3. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share for technical systems.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored, consultative solutions to meet their technical needs.
5. Lead product demonstrations, provide technical expertise, and prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders.
6. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product offerings meet client specifications and stay informed on market trends.
