Main duties of the job
We have an exciting opportunity for a Referral and Bookings Senior Administrator to join our team. Assisting the Referral and Bookings Manager, you will oversee the administration team to provide the highest levels of customer service to patients, colleagues, and external organisations at all times.

Job responsibilities
1. Mentor and guide the team to provide comprehensive administrative support to healthcare professionals, managers, and staff members.
2. Manage team workload and set tasks for them to ensure skills are utilised and the team runs efficiently.
3. Become a SystmOne mentor so staff can look for you for support and guidance.
4. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff members.
5. Proactively look at clinic capacity and change appointment slots or add/remove clinics depending on demand.
6. Assist with the mobilisation of new contracts.
7. Lead team meetings and take minutes where required.
8. Prepare briefs to update senior management as required.
9. Organise/book meetings and events with attention to detail.
Person Specification
Experience
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Self-motivated individual.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and other systems.
* The ability to learn and adapt to new internal systems.
* Self-motivated and self-starter with the ability to prioritise and schedule work independently.
