What we need you to do
* Develop and prospect relationships to close via inbound and outbound phone calls, customer emails or live chat sessions.
* Be patient and remain focused and composed even with challenging customers.
* Ability to be flexible to each customer’s needs, schedules and preferences.
* Prioritize prospective customers into a time-sensitive contact pipeline.
* Able to identify and engage household decision makers quickly.
* Proficient using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience of using a CRM system could be an advantage although not mandatory.
* You need to have the capacity to understand basic broadband technical principles.
* Work in a professional manner at all times.
* Work across multiple channels including B2C, B2B, field and channel sales.
* Collaborate across multiple teams working with CS, install control and build to deliver.
* Manage and support on small projects including MDU and New build homes.
