Job Title: Office Administrator Location: Newcastle Type: Permanent Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:00-5:00, Friday 8:00-3:30 (1 hour lunch breaks) Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience, with benefits including 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and a 3% contributory pension. Job Summary We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our client's team in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity to assist with the day-to-day administration tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the office. Key Responsibilities Format and send service reports to customers with sales invoices Order materials from suppliers Monitor vehicle checklist returns and log data Arrange service/MOT and repairs for company vehicles Assist with amendments to QA documentation Make travel arrangements and hotel bookings Process calibration certificates and update the calibration register Scan and file job packs Maintain electronic and manual filing systems Answer office phones and direct calls to the relevant person/department Provide support to other departments as needed Book training requirements and update the training matrix Provide administrative support to the sales team, including the production of monthly reports Perform any other ad hoc duties as required Requirements Proficiency in IT (Microsoft Office Suite) Accuracy across all tasks Prompt delivery of all tasks set Excellent communication skills Strong organisational skills Personal Attributes Accurate and detail-oriented Honest and reliable Self-driven and proactive Team player with problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Customer-focused with a professional approach and telephone manner Apply today for more information
