Job Description
As a Fund Accountant, you will report directly to the CFO and be responsible for providing financial analysis to support key decision making and ensure strategic growth of funds.
1. Carry out financial analysis and commentary as required.
2. Monitor and report on fund performance and carry out all preparation of quarterly, half-yearly and annual fund distributions.
3. Prepare and calculate monthly unit prices.
4. Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
5. Be responsible for all corporate accounting functions.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience within a fund accounting role and have excellent knowledge of statutory and management reporting.
1. Experience within property or equity managed investments will be highly regarded.
2. Strong attention to detail.
3. Demonstrated experience liaising with key stakeholders and delivering key financial information.
4. Knowledge of RG164 compliance is highly desired.
