Job Description:
Position Title: Logistics Administrator
Location: Dungannon
Reporting to: Logistics Lead DBP
Hours of work: 40 hours per week
To provide support to both internal and external customers in supporting the Worldwide Terex dealer network about their orders and essential business requirements.
This role requires tenacity, diligence, resolve, determination, and perseverance. A great work ethic and a willingness to grow are essential, along with the ability to follow processes without taking shortcuts and key skills in providing service.
Logistics Administrator – Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Responsible for ensuring all unit down orders ship out on a daily basis / stock orders within allocated timeframe – meeting Ship on Time targets.
* Ensure all tickets are closed out in a timely fashion.
* Ensure all queries are responded to and resolved satisfactorily.
* Work with Return Coordinator to return parts where required.
* Conduct daily meetings with team & internal customers.
* Assist in Month End Closure.
* Assist in the review and development of all current & necessary processes and policies.
* Undertake project work as designated.
* Think critically.
* Communicate clearly.
