Position: SEN Teaching Role Location: Romford Salary: £150 - £200 per day Start Date: Jan 2025 Role And Responsibilities As a SEN Teacher, you will work closely with students with Special Educational Needs, providing tailored support to help them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include: Teaching a classroom of children with unique challenges and strengths Implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment Collaborating with the SENCO and other staff members to address individual needs. Requirements Previous experience working with students with SEN is highly desirable. Relevant qualifications in education or related fields (PGCE or QTS highly desirable) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Passion for supporting the educational development of students with diverse needs. Possess empathy, compassion and resilience.
