What we are looking for:
* Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain roles within fast-paced or FMCG environments.
* Desire to become a super-user of our chosen demand forecasting system Anaplan; the ultimate champion of data accuracy and inventory optimisation.
* Passionate about analysing market trends and optimising stock levels to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, Business Central, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar) and advanced Excel skills to manage and analyse demand data effectively.
* Experience in cross-functional collaboration with multiple channels across Retail, Amazon, and Web, as well as marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align demand forecasts.
* Demonstration of strong analytical skills and attention to detail in managing large datasets to create accurate forecasts.
* Ability to learn fast, embracing a growth mindset in an evolving and dynamic environment.
* Ability to anticipate and solve supply chain challenges proactively, maintaining smooth operations even under pressure.
* Excellent communication and project management skills to liaise with various stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.

We’re looking for a Demand Planner with strong analytical skills and forecasting expertise to help develop and implement our UK demand planning and inventory optimisation strategy, ensuring accurate sales projections and supply chain efficiency. This person should have a strong understanding of market trends and data-driven decision-making, and previous experience of successfully managing demand forecasting, inventory planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Additionally, this candidate will have excellent stakeholder management and ERP system experience, an innovative and problem-solving mindset, and feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
* Forecasting & Demand Planning – Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and statistical models.
* Inventory Management – Ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand while minimising excess inventory and waste.
* Collaboration – Work closely with our Amazon, Web, Retail and the finance team to align demand forecasts with business objectives.
* Data Analysis & Reporting – Analyse sales trends, customer behaviour, and external factors to improve forecasting accuracy and identify opportunities.
* Systems & Process Management – Use ERP and planning systems to create, update, and monitor demand plans, ensuring data integrity.
* Performance Monitoring – Track forecast accuracy, identify gaps, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
* Risk & Opportunity Management – Proactively assess risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.
* Stakeholder Communication – Provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders and the management team to support decision-making and business growth.
