Applications Support Analyst (Viewpoint)
Key Responsibilities:
• Acting as the Service manager for Viewpoint and take responsibility for its development
support.
• Primary technical lead on Viewpoint projects and initiatives, ranging from simple
integrations and automation to extensive application upgrades and system
transformations.
• Identify solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability as well as
lead the implementation of suitable solutions.

Attributes/Skills:
• Multiple years' experience in providing support and development on Viewpoint.
• Supporting a multi-jurisdictional Corporate Services business using Viewpoint.
• Ability to demonstrate strong SQL skills.
