This person will support the National Quality Manager to raise standards of delivery within prison education and ensure that delivery meets PeoplePlus quality standards and external accreditation requirements. Leading on the improvement of delivery as per assigned priorities and projects across the PEF contract. Responsible for designing, promoting and reviewing quality interventions and strategies, and communicating them effectively throughout the teams to ensure that they are implemented consistently across the prison contract. This role is remote based with visits out to prisons each week to support teams. The regions for visits span between Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Norfolk and the North-East Midlands.
