Distribution Administration Team Leader
Monday-Friday 08:00 – 16:00, 37.5 Hours Per Week

A vacancy has arisen for an enthusiastic and flexible Administration Team Leader to become part of the planning process for the Grantham NDC Distribution management structure.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a small team of admin personnel ensuring they cover all their role-specific duties and responsibilities.
* Be proactive regarding self-development and that of your team.
* Possess good communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
* Exhibit strong literacy and numeracy skills.
* Have IT skills and knowledge of SAP (essential).
* Demonstrate time management and administration know-how.
* Manage a small team under your own initiative.
* Be flexible in your approach.
* Involve in the training and coaching of your team and new personnel.
* Possess multi-operational knowledge and training.
* Manage team rotas and check holiday cover.
* Handle the Distribution Accident process as well as Cost Tracker, Fuel, and KPIs.
