SRM Recruitment are partnering with a growing business in the energy and services space to recruit a Project Analyst.
This role is bespoke and unusual in its focus but the ultimate core focus of the role will be to provide executive support to a number of the C-Suite in adhoc but key operational projects that derive from the CFO and CEO. This role does not necessarily require an accountant, but a candidate that is able to interact at the highest levels of a business, enjoy project work and be able to operate in a fluid capacity. Experience at supporting a senior executive team and/or advanced project management skills (such as Prince2)
Likely Responsibilities:
Tasks & Responsibilities
* To provide project management in response to specific assignment requirements from the CEO and CFO.
* To frequently liaise with senior level internal and external contacts, dealing with routine issues and coordinating more complex responses.
* To support communications and correspondence, handling any confidential situations and requests discretely.
* To be responsible for scheduling and co-ordinating key calendar dates, including regular All Hands meetings and global strategy week across various time zones.
* To prepare documentation for meetings, to include PowerPoint presentation materials and ad hoc reports.
* To coordinate and arrange all board meetings, managing the information flow and responding to board members and key stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
* To ensure that all board minutes are drafted and recorded, primarily for the London HQ, but also including our other international offices.
* To plan corporate hospitality for visiting overseas employees.
* To process invoices and ad-hoc expenses.
Key experience:
* Experience of supporting a senior executive team (ideal)
* Advanced project planning skills, Prince2 or similar would be advantageous.
* Advanced communication skills
* Strong I.T. skills and presentation preparation skills
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
* Self-starter with the ability to use initiative for problem solving
