Key Responsibilities:
Identifying and perusing new sales opportunities through various channels and maintaining business relationships.
Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
Report to director's with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
Using your training to deliver efficient, effective training and updates to our customers to make sure they are aware of new services and products.
Working effectively with your colleagues and being a team player
Updating our CRM and internal systems with notes
Adhering to Company Policies at all times
You will be:
Hardworking, honest and reliable
Organised, good at following procedures and attentive to detail
Proficient at Word and Excel and fast at learning new software
Able to effectively communicate by phone and email
Dedicating to delivering great service for our customers
Desirable skills:
Two or more years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets
Strong communication skills via phone and email
Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
