Xec-t are working closely with an excellent firm who are currently seeking a highly organized and professional Conveyancing Legal Secretary to support their busy conveyancing department. This role is ideal for someone with experience in property law who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to conveyancing solicitors, including drafting legal documents, managing correspondence, and handling phone inquiries.
* Organize and maintain client files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal procedures.
* Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on their transactions and addressing any queries.
* Schedule and coordinate appointments, property viewings, and meetings as required.
* Ensure all documents are accurately prepared, proofread, and finalized.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably within a conveyancing or property law setting.
* Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and legal terminology.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
* Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with case management software.
* A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
