We have a vacancy for a Sales administrator to process orders in our ERP system and provide cover for general administration duties in our Huntingdon office. A working knowledge of ERP systems, Excel, Outlook, Word will be beneficial. Further training will be provided if required. This position is offered on a permanent full-time basis 4.5-day week. There is flexibility for the Friday mornings, dependant on your counterpart. The Role: Contract review of customer orders. to ensure accuracy of order content. Order entry directly into ERP system. Obtain quotes for OEM products, equipment and shipment costs. Update reports and database. Provide administrative support to sales team and Sales managers. The experience required: The ideal candidate will be a confident team player with the ability to organise own priorities maintaining a positive and outgoing attitude. Experience of working in an office environment. Hours: 8am - 4.45 are the core hours except on Friday 8am - 12noon.
