The post holder must be a caring and a compassionate individual focused on providing excellent quality improvement, working within the values held by the Trust for patients with a complex need (learning disability, autism, dementia, delirium, and mental illness)., The Lead professional for Complex Needs will be an integral part of the Safeguarding and Complex Needs Team. The purpose of the job is to lead quality improvement projects related to Complex Needs by effective leadership, monitoring clinical effectiveness, and education.
The post holder will create an environment of continuous quality improvement and professional development to enable all staff to care for their patients with complex needs effectively.
