We are looking for a Creative Strategist / Video Editor to join our team and play a key role in developing and executing engaging ad creatives. You will be responsible for conceptualising, scripting, and editing high-performing video content for paid social ads across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, storytelling, and technical video editing skills to create compelling visuals that drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Creative Strategy & Concept Development
* Analyse high-performing ad creatives to develop data-driven concepts.
* Brainstorm and pitch new ideas for ad creatives, including hooks, storylines, and visual styles.
* Stay ahead of trends in digital advertising and social media content.
* Video Editing & Production
* Edit short-form and long-form videos optimised for different platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
* Create engaging ad creatives, incorporating motion graphics, typography, and transitions.
* Repurpose and iterate existing content into fresh variations for testing.
* Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
* Performance Analysis & Optimisation
* Work closely with media buyers and marketing teams to test and refine creatives.
* Analyse creative performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Identify opportunities to improve engagement, CTR, and conversion rates through creative iterations.
* Collaboration & Asset Management
* Work with copywriters, designers, and marketing teams to execute campaigns.
* Maintain an organised library of assets and project files for efficient workflow.
* Manage feedback loops to refine and optimise video content.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in video editing, creative strategy, or a similar role.
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other editing tools.
* Experience with social media ad formats (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
* Ability to analyse performance data and apply insights to creative development.
* Understanding of marketing and consumer psychology in video content.
* Strong storytelling skills and ability to craft compelling visual narratives.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have:
* Experience in eCommerce, fashion, or direct-to-consumer brands.
* Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator).
* Familiarity with AI-driven content creation tools.
