Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the administration team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and maintain operational excellence. Drive process improvements and oversee accurate client and financial administration. Build trusted relationships with clients, advisers, and stakeholders. Requirements: Experienced in corporate benefits administration, particularly in group risk and healthcare insurance. Background in financial services, team management, and compliance. Progress toward a Level 4 Financial Planning qualification (preferred). Familiarity with CRM systems like Intelligent Office (desirable). What's On Offer?
