Job Title- Customer Service Advisor
Location-Hunslet, Leeds
Contract Length- 16 weeks
Pay rate- £13.00 p/h
Are you a confident customer service advisor with experience talking to customers about property matters?
We are working with a well established property services company that are looking for a customer service advisor to respond to customer contacts.
As customer service advisor, you will;
Respond to customer queries via telephone and email
Diagnose necessary repair works and schedule appointments
Liaise with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure that works are scheduled and completed in a timely mannerAs customer service advisor, it is required that you;
Have experience within repairs/maintenance, ideally within social housing
Have experience managing diaries and scheduling works
Are confident communicating via both over the phone or email
Are able to deal with a diverse range of customer queries in a professional and polite mannerIf you have strong customer service experience within property services, we'd love to hear from you
