Teesside University is seeking a Student Journey Advisor to join our dedicated Student Journey team.
This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive support throughout the student lifecycle, from pre-arrival through to graduation. Duties include facilitating student induction and orientation, gathering and tracking student voice, and gathering insights to enhance the overall student experience to support the delivery of an outstanding service to our students and stakeholders.
Additionally, the position involves supporting with sector-wide research relating to student voice and implementing developments from external initiatives. Responsibilities also include designing and delivering student-focused activities and events to enhance the student experience and amplify student voice.
You should hold a first degree in a relevant discipline or significant experience in a related discipline. Practical experience in higher education, familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as QAA and OfS, and a proven track record in providing exceptional student advice and guidance are essential. Proficiency in digital tools, particularly within administrative contexts e.g., Office 365, is also required.
