Description
Customer Services Agent (B2B), Marlow:
Handle inbound and outbound communications with business clients.
Work on SAP system with additional use of Excel (ideally VLookUps)
All areas of a busy customer service role including processing orders, liaising with warehouse and 3PL
Resolve client queries and issues promptly and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Provide product and service information to clients.
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
Assist in the development of client support materials.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service team.Profile
Customer Services Agent (B2B), Marlow:
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
High level of organisational and multitasking skills.
Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.Available for a mainly office based role at an office in Marlow.
