Schedule: 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts DAYS & NIGHTS
We are the staffing partner to a brilliant international transportation business specializing in logistics planning for TV & film sets.
As a Logistics Compliance Administrator, you will be working as part of a team managing projects on behalf of TV & Film production companies, planning international logistics for equipment, crew, and celebrities across the globe.
The successful Transport Supervisor duties will involve:
* Manage the Transport & Logistics teams in the manager's absence.
* Take an active lead in the recruitment of new team members & drivers.
* First point of contact for all temporary staff & out-of-hours incidents.
* Be responsible for all driver & vehicle compliance.
* Process timesheets & invoices.
* Ensure the site is safe & secure.
* Manage, download & record all driver hours (tacho).
* Update and cleanse all diary and CRM systems.
* Complete all necessary administrative tasks.
* Undertake project work & other relevant duties as and when required.

Required experience & characteristics of the successful Transport Supervisor:
* At least 1 year of experience managing transport teams.
* CURRENT/VALID DRIVING LICENCE
* Live within commutable distance to Slough.
