Senior Account Handler

We're seeking an experienced Senior Account Handler to join a growing and exciting team in Tewkesbury. Our client has a modern, client-focused approach to insurance. If you have a passion for problem-solving, client interaction, and taking ownership, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What You'll Do:
1. Manage key commercial client relationships and act as their trusted advisor. Build long-term relationships based on trust and expert advice.
2. Structure tailored insurance solutions and handle renewals & mid-term adjustments.
3. Support clients through the claims process and assist with troubleshooting.
4. Mentor junior staff and collaborate closely with insurers to secure the best terms.
What We're Looking For:
1. At least 2 years of commercial insurance experience, within an account handling role.
2. A client-focused mindset with strong negotiation & communication skills.
3. Great attention to detail, organisation, enthusiasm and leadership potential.
4. An enjoyment for collaborating and taking the lead when needed.

Benefits:
1. Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays. There is an additional option of 2 additional days, if 1 day is worked between Christmas Day and the New Year.
2. Pension: Company Contribution 4 %.
3. Income Protection: 75% of salary.
4. Death in Service Life Cover: £50,000 (subject to terms and conditions of cover).
