HR Administrator\nPermanent\nLeicester city centre\nFully office based\n£26,500 pa + benefitsClient Details\n\nHR Administrator\nPermanent\nLeicester city centre\nFully office based\n£26,500 pa + benefitsDescription\n\nHR Administrator:\n\nProvide HR advice in regards to policies and procedures\nEscalate complex issues to the HR Manager\nManage the HR inbox and respond to employee HR queries\nCo-ordinate and oversee the end to end lifecycle of recruitment, starters, leavers, pre-employment checks, workforce changes across all locations.\nAssist with Recruitment Campaigns, advertising, shortlising, arranging interviews\nUpdate employee records with accuracy\nNote taking at meetings, including disciplinary and grievance hearings\nMaintain accurate training records and co-ordinate and arrange training for employeesProfile\n\nHR Administrator:\n\nMust have previously worked in a HR Assistant role\nHR qualification/ CIPD desirable but not essential\nStrong knowledge of employment law and legislation\nMust have previously worked in a HR role and team with excellent administrative skills\nMust have a positive approach to work and remain professional\nAble to work with various teams across an organisationJob Offer\n\nHR Administrator\nPermanent\nLeicester city centre\nFully office based\n£26,500 pa + benefits
