Role Description
This is a part-time on-site Office Assistant role located in Bromsgrove at JPB Electrical Services Ltd. The Office Assistant role is a wonderfully diverse role working closely with the Office Manager and Company Directors, as well as needing to liaise with our internal staff, clients/customers and suppliers. As Office Assistant, you will support the company’s online presence and administrative functions. This role combines creative social media management with essential office tasks. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, creative and eager to contribute to the company’s digital and operational efficiency. The part-time position offers flexibility and the chance to work in a vibrant and dynamic environment.
HERE ARE THE SKILLS YOU’LL NEED:
* Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn).
* Previous experience in administration is required.
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
* A friendly and positive can-do attitude.
* Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
* Creativity and an eye for detail.
* Be innovative with service area and look for ways to make improvements.
* Discretion when dealing with confidential information in all aspects of work.
* Be able to work autonomously and as part of the team.
* Reliable, great time management and organisation skills.
* Previous experience using Xero is advantageous but not essential.
