* Collaborating with the clinical team to support patient care and provide pharmaceutical services in a range of tasks including medicines reconciliation, medicines care and review, pharmaceutical queries and managing acute prescribing requests
* Working as part of a friendly and supportive pharmacy team and using own initiative
* Assisting with pharmacy-related improvements within the practice
* Supporting the practice in meeting national primary care pharmacist integration plans, We are committed to the ongoing development of our staff and will support the successful candidate with further training as required by national primary care pharmacist integration plans.
A Master's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
* Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
* Experience in or a willingness to work towards Independent Prescribing (IP)
* Strong clinical knowledge with the ability to work on your own initiative
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to a primary care setting
