Job title: Commercial Procurement Manager

The role:
Reporting to the Head of Procurement and Property, the Procurement and Commercial Manager leads procurement and commercial activities on a high value infrastructure construction programme. The role is hybrid covering both procurement and commercial management of high value contracts/suppliers utilised across the programme. The applicant must bring relevant experience within the construction and utilities spaces and demonstrate achieving value for money throughout all stages of delivery.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage the procurement activities for key suppliers across the programme. This will include, Principal Contractors, Design Houses, Design and Build Contractors, Independent Assurance Consultancies, specialist consultancies and critical material.
