We’re seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual with a passion for technology and problem-solving alongside a strong proficiency in Mathematics and English.
Working with the IT Support Analyst, you will play a supportive role in maintaining and improving our IT systems to ensure seamless access to technology for staff and pupils.
Part of your responsibilities will include:
* Technical Support
* Device Management
* Software Support
* Network Assistance
* Documentation and Learning (user guides)
Working hours: 7 hours per day Monday – Friday (including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break). The working pattern for this role will be mutually agreed on appointment.
