Capita has a new opportunity to join our Digital Operations Team as a Digital Support Manager. The successful candidate will support the Digital Delivery Manager in managing the co-ordination, administration, delivery of the Digital pipeline and contribute towards the development of Digital activity, from idea to implementation. As a Digital Support Manager, you will lead in the management and coordination of Customer Value Messaging for website & IVR activities, including design, content, marketing, and providing impact assessments on systems and business processes. This is a full-time permanent role, offering hybrid working arrangements (office working assigned to our Darwen or Bristol offices). Job title: Digital Support Manager Job Description: Core Responsibilities: Lead in the management and coordination of Customer Value Messaging for website & IVR activities, including design, content, marketing, and providing impact assessments/feasibility assessments on systems and business processes. Support the delivery of larger long-term projects as required. Work alongside our web team to support with the creation of copy that adheres to our Customer Value Messaging principles where appropriate. Review, proof-read and approve customer facing communications, understanding the customer journey that relate to website and IVR. Identify and agree mitigating actions against risks that could affect the delivery or performance of Digital Pipeline activity. Work closely with Capita Information Security to ensure all work being conducted by Digital Operations has considered the impact on customer and employee data. Ensure compliance with all Information Security and internal processes to protect data security, including legal requirements. What you'll need to bring: Excellent communication skills, both in writing and in person. Comfortable communicating at all levels of the business, with the client and external stakeholders. Excellent attention to detail, able to review detailed business documentation and customer facing communications, and articulate feedback. Self-reliant and capable of managing their time to often tight deadlines, knowing when to escalate. Ability to listen and accurately capture requirements/impacts. A wide understanding of the TV Licensing business and systems would be beneficial. Experience in Project Management desirable. What's in it for you?
