Description
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Process supplier invoices
* Dealing with queries regarding Purchase Order's
* Matching invoices against delivery notes
* Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies
* Assisting in Prepayment runs and ensuring payment is raised within a timely manner
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
* Completed a similar role previously
* Excellent attention to detail skills
* Great Communication skills
* Competency with accounting software such as Sage
* Knowledge of accounts payable procedures and processes
